Once you're registered, complete our DIP form and send it to [email protected].
We'll then send a DIP approval showing the information we need and confirm the monthly rate and your procuration fee. If it's standard bridging, we'll also confirm if it qualifies for an online valuation (AVM).

Ready to submit a product transfer?
Once registered, ensure you have the customer’s authority to act on their behalf. They can either call 0333 240 6180 or complete and email a Product Transfer Letter of Authority to [email protected]
Once authority is confirmed, let us know the product selected. We’ll then issue the offer to you and the customer.
The Acceptance of Offer must be signed by all borrowers and returned before the offer expiry date.
