Alternatively you can place your Bridging Finance through our Premier Panel, who will use their expertise to place your case.

Download a Decision in Principle Form or ring us on 0800 116 4385. Alternatively, please visit our Sales Team page here.

2. Decision in principle

Our experienced decision makers will let you know if we will accept the case, which rate your customer will receive and your procuration fee.

If applying for a Standard Bridging Finance product, they will also be able to confirm at this stage whether or not the case qualifies for an online valuation (AVM). To see the qualifying criteria for an AVM please click here to view our Guide to Bridging Finance.

We will then issue a decision in principle to you, ensuring your customer has what they need to make an informed decision.

If your customer wishes to proceed, all we need is the supporting information and the appropriate valuation fee.

3. Valuation and formal offer

One of our panel valuers will visit the property and provided it meets our criteria and we're happy with the application, we will issue a formal offer.

4. Legals and completion

Finally, all that is required is a completion date, which means by now your customer is happy and your procuration fee will be on its way to you.
