Our experienced decision makers will let you know if we will accept the case, which rate your customer will receive and your procuration fee.

We will then issue a decision in principle to you, ensuring your customer has what they need to make an informed decision.
If your customer wishes to proceed, all we need is the supporting information and the appropriate valuation fee.

One of our panel valuers will visit the property and provided it meets our criteria and we're happy with the application, we will issue a formal offer.

Finally, all that is required is a completion date, which means by now your customer is happy and your procuration fee will be on its way to you.
