1. Call our Intermediary Support Team on 0800 116 4385 to discuss your case with one of our Telephone BDMs or Underwriters and we will give you a verbal agreement over the phone or get back to you as soon as possible.

Alternatively, download the editable "Decision in Principle form" and submit to Precise Mortgages via email, fax or post. We will then contact you to confirm if the case is acceptable, discuss product options and issue an Agreement in Principle if appropriate.

2. If you wish to proceed with the mortgage application please complete our editable "Individual Application form" or our editable "Company Application form" and submit to Precise Mortgages via email, fax or post.

For Standard and Light refurbishment bridging loans with a gross LTV of less than 50% we will normally only require the following documentation:
• Completed application form,
• Acceptable identification,
• Satisfactory valuation
Where a case is to be serviced or the case is considered more complex we may require additional information.
