2. Decision In Principle

Our experienced decision makers will let you know if we can do the case, what the rate and procuarion fee is there and then. We will then issue you an Decision In Principle to ensure your customer has everything they need to make a decision.

3. Away we go

4. Valuation and formal offer

One of our panel valuers will be out to the property and provided the valuation stacks up we will issue a formal offer.

5. Legals and completion

One of our panel solicitors will tie up the legal work with your customer's solicitor. Finally all that is requred is a completion date which means by now your customer is happy and your procuration fee will be on its way to you.
