Precise Mortgages operates a controlled solicitor panel in order to mitigate financial crime. The selected firms on our panel have been chosen to reflect the Precise Mortgages’ ethos and as such are efficient and renowned for providing a quality service.
Residential and Buy to Let
We currently use Goldsmith Williams and Shoosmiths (England and Wales) and Aberdein Considine and Conveyancing Direct (Scotland) for our Residential and Buy to Let offering.

Joint legal representation
Save your customer time and money
Joint legal representation is when our solicitor acts for both Precise Mortgages and the applicant. The applicant has the option to instruct joint legal representation in England and Wales through Goldsmith Williams. Please note that this service is not currently available in Scotland. Your customer still has the choice to use separate representation should they choose, however we believe that both you and your customer will welcome this new innovation to the bridging market.

Valuation Panel
We are delighted to be working in close partnership with Colleys and Countrywide Surveyors who have a nationwide network of valuation professionals offering an excellent service to customers, mortgage intermediaries and lenders.
Precise Mortgages’ sister division Exact has analysed billions of pounds of mortgages which has given us a unique insight into quality and fraud issues. As a result we will be operating a controlled valuation panel and all valuations will be instructed by us. This will not disadvantage mortgage intermediaries or their customers in any way. Our choice of valuation partner has been based on companies that have an excellent track record in customer service and fraud mitigation.
